 At quilt guild last night, one of the ladies asked if I had pictures of quilts I had turned in to community quilts a long time ago.  I told her that I did not but I looked at the pictures on this blog today and I thought it was really fun to see the photos.  And I did have pictures of some of the denim quilts I turned over to community quilts after all.

Revisiting this blog made me happy.  And this blog is just for me anyway so I thought I should add more pictures again.

Friendship Orphan Blocks

Finished two Friendship quilt orphan blocks.  They have been quilted for a long time.  Just needed to add binding.

Minkee Blanket - #3

Finished the binding on a minkee blanket.

Minkee Blanket - #2

Machine sewed the binding on a minkee blanket.

Binding was cut at 3 3/4”, folded in half, machine sewn on the back, folded to the front, and machine sewn down.

Minkee on the front and back.  80/20 batting in the middle.

Red Leaf 1 - #1

In honor of Marjo Nash, who started a new quilt project every New Year’s Day, I started this leaf today.  I also finished it today 😊

The item is only 6” square completed.

I used the 1 1/2” squares I cut out of leftover fabrics as I go along.

The leaf is a leftover from Claire Webber.
